Cabinet Chair

Produced as part of an ‘Upcycling’ project with Arts In Regeneration, Liverpool, June 2010.

Made from the shelves and footboard from an otherwise smashed and discarded cabinet. Simply cut to size and nailed with a bag of flat-head pins I found in my dad’s shed, and a little glue for good measure.

This chair remains part of the project but is available for sale through AiR, along with many other recycled and refurbished pieces of furniture. Its a great project and all of the proceeds from the sale of the work goes back into running FREE furniture workshops in Liverpool.

If you would like to make an offer, or are interested in finding out more about the project, please contact me and I will put you in touch with them.
